If you are building a new building, we will value engineer with your architect and general contractor to answer any roofing related questions and provide input to roofing system selection and budgets.

If your existing building’s roof needs replacing, we will work with you or your designated representative to first determine if the roofing system has simply worn out or if it failed prematurely due to other factors. We will work within your budget to propose the best suitable alternative for you. Many times a roof need not be replaced in its entirety all at once. Larger buildings can be reroofed in sections over a period of years to spread the expense. This approach works best when coupled with preventive maintenance to determine the optimum start of the multi-year reroofing process.
